A consummate professional in the business arena, she has also been passionate about making a tangible impact in others’ lives since a young age. This has translated into a rewarding career as an executive assistant for leading companies in the aerospace and financial sectors, significant volunteer work, a string of successful business ventures, and the establishment of a non-profit foundation, which has grown to be the largest of its kind worldwide.

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Project Management from City University of Seattle, Megan-Marie gained invaluable experience in office and sales administration before spending nine years as an Executive Assistant at the world’s largest aerospace company, Boeing. After moving to Virginia in July 2017, she joined American bank holding company Capital One Financial Corporation, where she is now the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operational & Model Risk Officer.

With sheer will and tenacity, she has overcome each hurdle with even more confidence in her pursuit of success and her goal of helping others to conquer their obstacles.

To this end, Megan-Marie took the opportunity to establish the PCOS Awareness Association – the world's largest non-profit organization dedicated to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. As the organization’s founder and executive director, she sees that the PCOS Awareness Association fulfills its mission of revolutionizing how people approach education surrounding PCOS awareness through programs, strategic planning, advocacy efforts, and community outreach.

While working on expanding the organization’s reach and developing resources for those it supports, Megan-Marie has written the foreword for the Amazon Bestselling book, PCOS Diet for the Newly Diagnosed. She was also awarded Seattle’s Be Bold Be You Woman of the Year award for her community engagement and advocacy of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Queen Divine’s mother-daughter-cousin team ensures that Women of Color can access exceptional-quality, affordable, and natural products that allow them to wear their crown in various ways while keeping their hair shiny, soft, and moisturized.

Throughout her career, volunteering, and various business endeavors, Megan-Marie has been described as going above and beyond to achieve extraordinary results for those she works with and those she reaches through her advocacy.
